Course Content

Week 1 – Building the Foundation
^

We start by helping you and your dog connect, then run a quick level assessment that shapes every lesson. You learn how dogs think, why our positive approach works, and how to read body language so you can teach with clear, consistent methods and keep your dog’s attention.

With the basics in place, we polish reliable sit and drop cues, introduce loose lead walking for stress-free strolls, and add playful tricks that keep training engaging. Each step fits busy schedules and builds lasting skills for real-world success

Week 2 – Manners & Socialisation
^

We open with a quick recap of last week, then drill calm, confident handling that keeps your dog relaxed in every handover. A stop at the coffee shop trains polite behaviour among clattering cups and passing feet.

Training moves on to smoother loose lead walking, a rock-solid come cue, and a dependable stay that lasts until you release. Leave it exercises round out the session, sharpening impulse control and keeping your dog safe on daily outings.

Week 3 – Strengthening Skills & Problem Solving
^

We begin with a fast recap of last week’s gains, then sharpen impulse control as your dog ignores a tempting toy on cue. A steady stay during a photo shoot further builds patience and focus.

At the dog park your puppy practises polite greetings, returns promptly when called, and rounds out the session with playful tricks. Each drill is short and practical, cementing calm manners and reliable skills for daily outings.

Week 4 – Advanced Puppy Skills & Graduation
^

We open with a recap of every class, refining existing tricks while teaching your dog to pause at each door and cross intersections safely. Car etiquette is polished so rides stay calm and secure.

Once these skills are locked in you receive a course certificate that recognises the progress made. We wrap up with a clear action plan outlining next steps for advanced training and daily practice, keeping your dog’s development on track.
